This program provides event hosts with liability protection in the event of law suits arising from Bodily Injury or Property Damage through an organized event, including party rooms, meeting rooms or a sporting event.
Our offering includes
Commercial general liability - third party bodily injury or property damage limit options of $2M and $5M - $500 deductible with option to include liquor liability
Personal and advertising liability - $1M limit
Medical payments - $5K per person/$25K each accident
Tenants legal liability $250K
